What to post

If you have a location update or a new location, please follow the following guideline for posting to maximize our ability to help you.

1. Indicate whether this is a new location or an update to an existing location.

2. If it's a new location, please provide as much of the following information:
The usual suspects: Store Name, Address, City, State, Country (if not in the US), Phone Number
Extras (if you have it): Longitude and Latitude, Store Hours, Website

3. If it's an update, please indicate which location is requiring an update and what needs to be updated. We will need the store name and address of the location (even if the address is wrong), so we can locate it in our records. Alternatively, you can provide the (existing) phone number of the location requiring the update (again, even if the phone needs the update.) If the two methods above still cannot be used to locate the record, we will work with you offline to get it fixed.
